They don't cover the separate terms of any build contract you sign with us, that's a distinct agreement we'll provide once you decide to go ahead.
This site is provided for general information about Living Yurts and our yurts. You're welcome to browse, read, and get in touch, but the content here (photos, descriptions, floor sizes, and specifications) is general in nature and doesn't constitute a binding offer or contract. Every yurt we build is custom, and final design, specifications, and pricing are confirmed directly with you in writing before any work begins.
Any pricing information on this site, or given in an initial conversation, is indicative only. A firm quote depends on a site assessment, your specific requirements, and current material costs, and will be provided to you directly rather than published here.
Whether council or other approval is needed for your project depends on your property and how you intend to use the yurt. We'll help you understand what applies as part of an enquiry, but confirming and obtaining any required approvals is ultimately your responsibility as the property owner, unless we've specifically agreed otherwise in writing.
The content on this site, including photos, text, and the Living Yurts name and logo, belongs to Living Yurts Pty Ltd unless otherwise noted. You're welcome to share links to our pages, but please don't reproduce our photos, designs, or written content elsewhere without asking us first.
